The aroma and flavor have some tart citrus, hint of lemon, blood oranges, herbal notes, rosemary, nice florals, grassy, light yeasty notes, some dry zest. 750 ml bottle from drowland- thanks, Danny! Cork scared me based on "Saint Somewhere" being on the label. Put my hand over it, and it started to force out but didn’t blast across the city, as per usual. Pours a hazy, pale straw color with a small white head that settles into a ring. Aroma has tons of herbs, lemon (I thought it leaned more toward that than blood oranges), bretty funk, floral notes, straw, coriander, doughy malts- wow, I couldn’t stop bringing this up to my nose. Floral notes in the flavor, with lemon, herbs, dry grains, funk, and straw. Light-bodied, with a dry, funky, lightly tart mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Funky, zesty, complex, and tasty. Perfect for the summer season. Great collaboration.

750ml bottle, shared by phaleslu. Totally hazy, kind of more pale golden color. Good pillowy half-finger white head, splotches and short ropes of lace. Very floral, lightly spicy taste, great nose. Lightly funky. Medium-plus body. Smooth, lighter, soft effervescent carbonastion. Lightly dry in the finish. Zesty, lightly sweet taste. Very zesty, I like that. Mild bitter. After hearing about the rosemary, I see it in the flavor, and very much appreciate it, works well with the citrusy flavors, but not too obvious. Bottle shared by Mr drowland. It pours hazy golden with a thick white head. The nose is earthy, zesty orange, tangerine, mango, mild dough and faint herbal accents. The taste is smooth, earth, brett, hay, straw, white wine, zesty orange, light spice, minerals, candy and white grape skin with a dry finish. Sweet extra labeled "gusher" thanks to GT. Pours apricot gold with an initially thick head that settles down quite a bit. Nose is a pleasantly refined herbal saison, brett yeast with light socky and citrus expressions. Mouth is light fruit and dry brett upfront, segueing into a strangely empty mid palate and herbal/bitter finish. Brett and citrus expression upfront is good, very rustic, back palate rougher with more hops. Body is light with good carbonation. Hazy light yellow pour with a white head. Nose is rather spice and herb forward. Lots of pepper, coriander, lemongrass, and rosemary. Some lemon, orange, and cracker malt. Dry flavor with some light Brett funk, leather, and grass. Lemongrass, lemon zest, pepper, coriander, and a bit of rosemary on the finish. Moderate orange, a bit of tartness, and a dry malt profile.
