COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A stout-ish porter with a touch of porter-ish stout. Accepting the fact that we live in confusing times, Greenbush offers up it’s own "ball of confusion," with Distorter - a robust porter blurring the lines between a porter and a stout. Have a bottle or get therapy.

Grain: Maris Otter, Crystal 60L, British Chocolate, Black Malt, Roasted Barley Hops: East Kent Goldings, Willamette, Cascade Yeast: British-style Ale yeast

12 oz into a snifter, pours black ,average creamy medium brown lasting head, with good lacing.Heavy roasted /burnt malt nose with average hop. Medium body, thin creamy texture, average carbonation, with a lasting bitter finish.A good brew but the over the top burnt detracts from the over all beer.

Bottle. Pours black. The aroma is cofffee and chocolate. The palate is creamy but thin. The taste is big malt. Chocolate, some dark cherries. Malty goodness. Surprising

Black pour with a thin head. Smells like coffee. Taste is a bit more bitter than expected, but has thte fruity aftertaste of a porter. Lighter bodied than a stout with a fully stout flavour. Nice dry roast malt. Very good!

This walks the line of stout/porter as well as its description suggests. Coffee. Smoke. Fairly bitter for a stout’ish porter. Decent. Thx Arminjewwell.

Aromas of coffee and a bit of chocolate; a little bread.

Color is dark brown, almost black. Small, light brown head.

Taste is a moderate bitterness and a bit of sweetness.

Medium body, slightly oily texture, just a tad lively carbonation. Finish begins with coffee and chocolate; some alcohol warmness in the middle and ending with some bitterness and carbonation.

Overall a pleasant, enjoyable stout with nice chocolate and coffee notes.

I’m being generous with this one...Number one first and foremost..I taste tobacco. It sincerely reminds me of my days/years as a smoker. I do like it...unfortunately, I probably won’t drink it again. I am/would be very tempted to light one up to enjoy this brew.

Very dark pour, smells of chocolate mostly, tastes smokey with a coffee end, do yourself a favor and let it warm up a bit (flavors pop more)

Rated on 7-25-2015 at 800 Degree Three Fires, Fort Wayne, IN. This draft beer is served with a small tan head that mostly diminished, opaque dark brown body and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma is chocolate and roasted malt. The flavor mimics the aroma along with light bitterness. The mouthfeel of this beer is light carbonation and this beer is medium bodied. A good beer with a good flavor and worth trying.

[2015 Backlog] Bottle shared at Paul’s during Max and Andy’s FF tasting. Pours a deep brown body with thin, spotty lace. Medium to thin bodied with notes of burnt toasted bread, caramel malt, brown sugar, molasses and scorched chocolate character.

Aroma of roasted coffee and chocolate. Black in color with a little tan head with nice little lacing.Taste like a coffee Porter and a chocolate Stout? No alcohol present on the taste. A very tasty stouter (aka Stout/Porter)

Pour black with a nice head. The first taste hits you with roasted malt and chocolate. It had the malt of a porter, buy it is not to sweet.
