On tap at Greenbush Brewpub. Hazy amber with a creamy bone crown and a thick ring of lace. Aroma is moderately sour with caramel, yeast and light oak. Taste is semi-sour and tart with Belgian yeast, caramel, tannins and light fruit.
On tap at Hopcat. Pours an amber color with white head. Aroma is very good... funky, sour, red fruit smell. Tart, sour and well balanced taste. Very good overall. I look forward to trying more of their beers. gvmdw7 (188) - California, USA - NOV 15, 2012
Poured a blood orange color. Smelled of citrus and mild tones of vegetables. Tastes sweet and sour; has quite a bit of sweetness; surprisingly refreshing for the alcohol content Tmoney99 (14381) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 11, 2012
Draft. Poured a hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy sour, yeast and tart fuirt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sour fruit flavor with a medium to heavy sweet & sour finish of moderate duration. This is a solid beer for style. crossovert (12668) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 3, 2012
This one is a sweet but funky one. Sweet fruits a hint of spiciness, not too sour, but funky.
