Had in a flight on tap. There’s a small head and it looks gorgeously golden orange. A little hippy nose but that’s it. It tastes really creamy and is pretty great. wlajwl (6813) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - APR 18, 2017
Aroma is pale malts, mild/medium corn sweetness and slightly perfumed. The flavor is pale malts, hops, mild corn sweetness and a mix of bitter and malts in the finish. superspak (5600) - Michigan, USA - SEP 13, 2016
12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 7/21/2016. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that last. Nice dense soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of wheat, cracker, biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of wheat, cracker, biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of wheat, cracker, biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness for a good bit. Damn nice robustness and balance of bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Lightly drying after the finish. Very clean for an ale, minimal fruity yeast presence. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.1%. Overall this is a very nice Blonde ale. All around nice robustness and balance of bready malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, clean, and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering. malkyore (377) - - MAR 14, 2013
Pours dark yellowish gold. Nose is light wheat and honey. Hints of vanilla in there and some malt. Taste is great! Very sweet which might put people off. A lot of malt and honey. Sweet but with a nice hoppy signature. Body is probably the best part. Very creamy and effervescent without being thick and undrinkable. A great beer! badnewsbeers (2312) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - AUG 5, 2011

Bottle. Golden color with dense medium head. Creamy vanilla aroma with slight hops that all but disappears when the head dies. Taste vanilla, some sour, a little funk and wood. jstraw (1967) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 15, 2013
Draft at Jerry’s. Gold with good, foamy white head, good lacing / Sweet, candied, Jolly Rancher nose / Medium body, fat and creamy, smooth, good hop balance with some astringency on the bitter finish / Simple flavors of sweet corn, straw, hint of Jolly Rancher / A pleasant enough drink, if simple and somewhat awkward. Onslow (1496) - Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA - AUG 17, 2013
A couple of tall drafts at Finley’s in Kalamazoo (kudos to them for maintaining an extensive craft brew draft line up). Clear yellow brew with white head. Aroma of sweet grain, maybe honey and hints of mint. Taste is sweet at the start ending with a slight astringency and a bit of mint at the very end. Palate is great - creamy, actually, due to active small bubbled carbonation. Very tasty! markducommun (1117) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 3, 2015
Clear golden with an fine white head. Light vegetal sweetness, honey. The slightest bitterness and spice. Light, clean body, medium length finish. Decent.
