Cambridge I think! Clear brown beer, light tan head. Softish dry palate. Very light toffee in the malt. Repressed apple. Touch of hop in the finish. Usual Greene King!
Cask at the Anchor, Cambridge, 21st Oct 09. Dark amber with some white lacy head. Not much aroma, just some rough hops. Quite toffeeish malt. Glad I tried (for the university connection) but really it’s average GK quality. dnas2 (705) - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - DEC 15, 2009
Red-brown in colour, with cherries and hops in the nose. Slightly bitter. Cherries and citrus in the mouth and some cereals. Quite nice. Fin (10478) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 6, 2009
