I believe this is what I had at the Abbot On The Hill - I thought maybe it was a brew made for them. Brownish colour, small fruity-malt aroma. Not bad taste, a bit sweet with some bitter.

Cask (Crossed Keys, Cambridge)
Deep amber, frothy head. Typical sulphurous GK aroma. Body not much better - acidic. Some malt saves it from being a waste of water, but the hops, or whatever is causing the acrid taste, are nasty. I’ve had a good pint of this at the brewery, but that was years back before I was taking notes.

Cask at Witherspoons, London Amber pour with great head and lacing. Earthy and malty aroma and flavor. Pretty smooth. Nothing special, good session brew.

[on draught at the Back of Beyond, Reading] Went down easily enough, but no interesting flavours. Just tastes like an average beer!

Svesse (8803) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - MAY 5, 2008
(Cask at Quinns, Camden Town, London, 27 April 2008) Dark amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of dried fruit, apricots and a hint of sulphur. Fruity taste with dark fruit, slightly artificial with earthy hops in the finish. Rather sweet, medium body. Drinkable, but with definite macro character.

zach8270 (4021) - Henrietta, New York, USA - APR 6, 2008
(cask @ The Old Toad - Rochester, NY) Orange pour with a creamy white head. Aroma is light and rather sweet with a light touch of hops and some grass. Flavor is sweet malts, biscuit dough, some slight fruity sweetness, and a light hop touch near the end. Leaves a slightly bitter finish on the tongue.

Enjoyit (3809) - Vadum, DENMARK - APR 4, 2008
Clear amber of color with a longlasting off white head. A weak aroma of sweet malt. A flavor of malt, sweets, bisquit, apples and weak bitter notes.

downender (8891) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - MAR 18, 2008
Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 18/3/08. I tired to approach this one with an open mind...honest. Amber coloured with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of sickly caramel and oily hops. The flavour was cloyingly sweet with a whiff of sulphur and a slightly metallic finish. Served in decent condition, so no excuses - poor!

3.3
berkshirejohn (6655) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 19, 2008
Cask at the Dukes Head, Hythe, Kent. Copper with a thin white head; fruity aroma; full bodied and fruity with apple flavours; tart finish, dry and bready.

yespr (47567) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - FEB 19, 2008
RB England #100 Cask at Charlies. Pours golden orange, clear, with a little off-white head. Light ashtray aroma. Flavour is dry malty, ashtray, tobacco and light fruity note before the finish. Ends mild herbal and bitter.
