Caramel, and some diacetyl in aroma, some light hop and fruity notes coming through. Very clear, copper, appropriate just off-white head. Caramel and some diacetyl again in flavour. Finishes with a slightly tannic-like bitterness and some fruitiness in after-taste. Medium body, light carbonation. Average beer overall.

500 ml can into imperial pint glass, no can dating. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy medium orange/amber color with a small dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lasts the whole glass. Nice soapy lacing clings down the glass. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of honey, cracker, biscuit, herbal, floral, and grass; with lighter notes of caramel, toast, pepper, peach, pear, apricot, apple, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop/fruity yeast notes; with solid strength. Taste of honey, cracker, biscuit, herbal, floral, and grass; with lighter notes of caramel, toast, pepper, peach, pear, apricot, apple, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/grassy/spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of honey, cracker, biscuit, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop/fruity yeast flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light dryness from bitterness, lightly increasing through the glass. Light carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a nice English pale ale. All around nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop/fruity yeast flavors; very smooth, clean, and pretty refreshing to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering, and well made style example.

A good beer for the price. Tasty, smooth English ale. Adding characters to achieve the minimum for comment now because this update of the app obviously has a glitch. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

2016 catch up - A best bitter that grew on me over 3 bottles and a couple of nights. Malt, bitter hops and perhaps a bit too much carbonation. Its not one to seek out, but it is perfectly fine.

Gift from a friend. I do have good friends. Nice brit ale. Learning about bitter ale. Still worth it.

Men åbenbaringen udebliver. 50 cl på fad, 5.0 % ABV, nydt på Amager Ølhus på Holmbladsgade på Amagerbro. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours light copper with a small off white head. Aroma is malty with a hint of caramel. Taste is slightly bitter with notes of earthy hops, light bready malt a hint of caramel, some fruitiness and unfortunately a metallic finish. Some flavours like tea, and fruitcake. A really decent bitter if a bit watery, but its brought down by the aftertaste.

Not the best taste, but I dont know English beer at all, so perhaps this is what it is supposed to taste like. If so, then good job!
