Inspired by bold American IPAs and named after the American jazz legend Charlie ‘Bird’ Parker. Full of hops with a lasting fruity flavour. Masses of hop. Tettnang and Willamette give tropical fruit, mango and floral notes with some spicy character. Cascade adds fresh pink grapefruit and Challenger and Pilgrim provide the underlying herbal hop with a touch of orange peel.

Word of advice to Greene king. Actually try an American ipa before trying to brew one. Sweeter and fruitier than the standard uk ipa, but by no means does it even come close to a us ipa. Don’t be fooled.

Supposedly inspired by 'bold American IPAs' but not resembling one in the slightest. Slightly skunky and bland grassy aroma and one dimensional taste, better than lager but not mch more so

330ml Bottle: Pours a crystal clear golden with thin white head. Lacing Aroma of over-ripe oranges with a slight sherry note. Flavours include orange marmalade and a slight yeasty note. Medium bodied, medium to low carbonation. Bitterness seems light but definitely lingers. Overall the flavours remind me of a witbier, which ain't too bad actually.

labeerinthum (1082) - Milano, ITALY - NOV 24, 2017
Bottiglia.

pictoman (1232) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 10, 2017
Poured from 330mL bottle (labelled 2016/06/17 - 2017/11/01). Clear golden orange with minimal white head. Toffee and vegetable with mild caramel malt and subtle metallic taste. Quite below average, a bit boring.
