Growler courtesy of dogfish120love at a tasting at Andy’s the day after doing a tasting at Paul’s. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Musky and grainy on the nose, a bit floral. Medium bodied, toasty, a touch of caramel. Easy drinking, toast and malt. Earthy bitterness on the finish. beerbill (3619) - Laurel, New York, USA - JUL 1, 2012
Growler filled at Shoreline Beverage. Pours a mostly clear gold with a thin-moderate white head that lasted through the first two sips and left light lace. Mild aroma of malt and not much else. The flavor is malt with some light breadiness in the aftertaste. Very mild bitterness at the finish. Mouthfeel is spot on for the style. Very easy to drink; this growler disappeared with no problem on a 90+ degree day! BrewBoxer (2657) - New York, New York, USA - MAY 20, 2012
Draft. Goldenamber color. Smells and tasytes hoppier then I’d expect. Really well balanced and crisp. I can drink this all night jredmond (8517) - New York, New York, USA - MAY 10, 2012
Draft at Pony bar with Sean. Pours a plain amber golden body with thin white head. Aroma is sweet malts, light breadiness, and bock. Mouthfeel is thin, but refreshing with notes of sweet malts and toasted bread; straightforward, and a nice interpretation of the style.
