Bottle @ Fonefan/Brugmansia Tasting, June 2010. Pours unclear amber with a small white head and lacings. Nose is yeast and dark sour fruit. Tart flavor with notes of caramel. Medium to thin palate. Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUN 16, 2010
It’s rather unclear, red-brown with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, chicory/vegetables and caramel. The slightly sweet flavour has the same notes and a dry finish. I never learn to appreciate the gluten-free beers. fonefan (51110) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUN 15, 2010

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, oxidide malt, fruity, yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle, 6%. Herbal aroma, nothing I associate with beer, and not so pleasant. Reminds me of ROOTS! Jamaican mead. Cloudy brown colour. Very small white head. The flavour is herbal as well, spicy like certain meads. Not as bad as some other gluten frees. KimJohansen (10497) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - JUN 12, 2010
Cloudy amber with a medium beige head. Sweet and spicy aroma with fruity notes. Sweet flavour with toasted malt, caramel and perfumed hops. Finished dry.
