1litre bottle, 2012, from the Gregg’s Pit stall at Ludlow Food Festival 2013. Pours cloudy from a plastic bottle with sediment in suspension; has a sweaty gym plimsols aroma mixed with a heavy barnyard cheesiness.. taste presented a little more barnyard funk with the distinctive tannic bite of the Kingston Black mixing with the sharp acidity of the Brown’s Apple, the Sweet Coppin only just balancing things out with a slight bittersweet influence. A proper cider with true character.
