Oakes (17831) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 25, 2002
Opaque tan; lots of banana aroma with hints of vanilla & lemon; full body; tons of banana, well balanced by biscuity malt. Along with Denison’s, Tabernash and Schneider, one of the best weizens on earth.

yngwie (17078) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JAN 1, 2009
Bottle. A hazy, yellowish beer with some floaters, and a nice white head on top. Slightly sourish on the nose, with banana, citrus and cloves. A bit weak. The flavor is more pronounced, quite sweet, with banana and cloves. Some bitterness towards the end, as well as cloves. Effervescent and almost sticky sweet in the mouth. I’m not very excited about the aroma, but else is fine. (081031)

Bottle @ Café Brecht. Hazy yellow color, medium sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste wheat, floral yeast, light floral and sweetish fruity hints. Soft velvety mouthfeel. Quite nice, well brewed weizen I’d say.
