Wow! Fantastic weisse beer. I ’m having a hard time understanding why this beer has been rated as "just average". This beer belongs in the same class with New Glarus, Weihenstephaner, Ayinger and Schneider. If you are a weisse beer kinda’ guy, you gotta’ try this stuff. Very underrated beer in my opinion.
Draft. Hazy golden body with white large lasting head. Aroma is fruity mostly ripe fruits and bananas. Taste is nearly the same but with some herbs and yeast. Aftertaste is sweet malty. Nice weizen.

Bottle pour cloudy yellow and near perfect milk white head. Clove, cream, banana, floral, spiced malt and yeast. Creamy and smooth. Refreshing AF. A good hefe. Scipio (1272) - Palatine, Illinois, USA - JUN 24, 2017
Pours a very cloudy, dark, golden with a medium white head that fades rapidly. The aroma is wheat, lemon, clove, and lesser banana. Standard fare for this style. The taste has some sweetness. And its what you should expect for a German Hefeweizen. Its big on wheat and spices, while having undertones of banana, clove, and yeast. This one has more of a banana aftertaste. Light to medium in body, thin in texture, and having very soft carbonation. This isn’t bad. Its just kind of your generic hefeweizen, and you should easily be able to find one better than this. Hazy yellow-gold with a white head. Aroma was yeasty with a bit of a spicy edge. I kept thinking that it would break out into some distinct clove or banana flavors/aroma, but it continued stop smell like fresh yeast rolls or the inside of a proofing oven. Nice clean wheat flavors. Overall quite nice! jh773 (319) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 13, 2017
Cloudy yellow-grey. Nose is sweet, banana bread, fruity, booze. Taste is crisp, apple cider, spice, touch of sour. Clean finish. Not terrible, but I think I got an old batch.

Cloudy straw colored beer with a thick fizzy bright white head. Nose of hay, lemon, and light clove. Flavor is a bit sweet, but crisp and refreshing with candied orange, lemon peel, and white pepper followed by a mild bitterness that lingers. Good beer for the style. wlf (768) - DENMARK - MAR 30, 2016

50cl bottle from trade with Sebilinz, many thanks! Pours murky golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting white head. Aroma of bananas, yeast and wheat. Taste of riped bananas, some clove, yeast and wheat. Leafs93 (2343) - Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 28, 2016
Pours gold with a small white head. Aroma is grain, banana, clove and earthy. Taste is sweet with a very light tartness. Crisp finish, good carbonation and overall a refreshing weiss. ryecatcher (1471) - Bridgeport, Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 24, 2016
Bottle. On sale at Mariano’s (South Loop). Murky, straw gold pour, smallish head that disappeared quickly. Nose is very faint clove, banana and smells more than a hint like stomach acid. Mouth is medium, lacks the creaminess it should have and also lacks much of what I look for in a Weißbier. I’ll drink it, but I wouldn’t buy this again or recommend it to anyone. Thankfully it was only $2.99
