Bottle @ RVA 22nd. Yellow with no real head. Smells lightly tart and musty. Light flavor a little set but mostly not, kind of rides the middle. Drake (13741) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 31, 2015
12 ounce bottle shared at the 22nd Richmond Gathering. Hazy yellow. Tart, tannic apple, a bit of earth. The taste is sweet apples with a tart finish. Thin bodied. Decent. JStax (6509) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - DEC 27, 2014
22 ounce bottle poured into a pint glass. The color is translucent gold with a fizzy white head, but no real retention. The aroma has dry, papery apples with some musty character. Taste has musty apple sweetness and light spice. Lighter body. Fizzy carbonation. Lukaduke (3206) - Gray, Maine, USA - NOV 30, 2014
Bottle thanks to Jstax ! Pours a medium golden color with a finger of quickly fading gaseous bubbles. Nose is sweet baked apple, tart granny smith, touch of earthy peel and sawdust. Palate follows with nice balance of sweetness and tart bitter apple skins. Medium to light carbonation adds some weight to the mouthfeel. Clean finish. cheap (5862) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 30, 2014
Rare cider. From a bottle. Bib giant head wants to over the top but fades rapidly. In glass there is plenty of co2 bubbles rolling. Some background aroma of vinegar. A little sediment on the bottom of bottle but pour is clear. Yes, quite dry. Almost tastes like my home made cider but its a little more acceptable on the palate. Not your typical sweet woodchuck fer sure, more like the real thing. Not bad overall but could use a little more unfermented sugar in there, still not used to these ciders that are totally fermented out.

22oz bottle, from Heinens... meat sweats is the best way to describe this, nose is slightly sour apples, then the taste fades into rancid salami or expired bacon.
No thanks... It only gets worse, the more I’ve tried from this cidery JaBier (7973) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - JUN 4, 2013
Sample at the Pint Room on 4/27/13. Clear yellow pour with no head. Aroma of sour apple, oak, honey and some booze. Apple wine flavor with honey before a crisp apple finish. Very tasty. Dogbrick (13026) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - APR 30, 2013
Sample at The Pint Room. Pours a mostly clear golden color with a minimal white head, and spotty lacing. Aroma of apples. Medium body with a semi-tart apple character with a bit of honey in the background. The finish is fruity with a green apple aftertaste. Decent overall. This has got to be the best cider on the market today. All natural, no concentrates and made here in Ohio. I will drink this stuff for life!!!! pottygok (548) - Ohio, USA - JUN 18, 2012
Aroma: Tart and sweet apple aroma with hints of brown sugar and alcohol.
Appearance: Sparkling, cloudy pale gold.
Taste: Medium sweetness with hints of sourness in the finish.
Palate: Medium-full body, slick texture, lively carbonation, long apple finish.
Overall: Drinkable, but pretty sweet for a cider. Not a fan.
