A clear golden beer with a small but fast disappearing head. The aroma is light with notes of sweetness, a good maltblend, and creamyness. The flavor is a little flat with wheat sweetness. It is very smooth. A really good tasting beer.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is spicy Belgian yeasts, fruit esters, apricots. Taste is estery, straw, spicy yeasts, quite sweet. High carbonation, slightly warming finish. Not excellent, but without obvious flaws.

Can, on the Eurostar back from Paris. Boozy special brew with a fruity estery yeast character and decent enough hop balance. Too sweet really, lacks any finesse. Kind of hits a certain spot though.

Aroma: Resin and herbs. Appearance: Golden color with hazy liquid and white head. Taste: Medium bitter notes with some soft sour touches. Palate: Medium body thin texture and average carbonation. Bitter and astringent finish. Overall: Average ale. Fresh for summer and nice to long drinks in winter too.

Appearance: Golden, a bit clear but not so much as you can see right through. 2 fingers of foam that decrease to a thin line. Smell: Banana with some fruit esters. Spices, maybe cloves and a hint of dough or yeast. Very pleasant. Taste: Not as good as the aroma would have led me to believe. Some slight spice with mild fruit. Lacks complexity a little. Opens up a tiny bit as it warms with but really the taste is way too muted for my taste. Mouthfeel: More of the same.

Bottle. Golden colour. Sweet malty (caramel) fruity (citrus) ale. Bittersweet spicy & yeasty flavour. Noticeable alcohol hit. Metallic aftertaste. (2008)
