Draught @ Den Enghel. Pours straw golden, clear. Sticky pearl white head. Sweet malty nose, sweet corn, syrup. Very much like Maes pils. But more sweet. Flat carbonation, creamy, velvety palate. The dullest dullyness.

Can. Golden color, huge foamy head. Malty, abit spicy aroma. Sweet taste, some metal notes, medium-long aftertaste. Medium body.

Slight hint of oak makes this blonde surprisingly satisfying. Drank as draft in a glass that was briefly chilled with ice water. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap. 500 ml into a trappist glass. Clear golden pour with a creamy thin, everlasting head. Thick lacing in the glass. Looks very lovely. The aroma started with spicy caramel and wheat. In a minute there would be subdued bandana, clove and wood. The ale tasted almost like Leffe Blonde, e. d. sweet candy flavor, some caramel, very low yeast spiciness. But unlike the latter there was slight distinctive hop finish. Smooth and creamy texture makes this beer dangerously easy drinkable. Soft carbonation and good body. Mediocre but acceptable.

Bottle on the villa terrace in Cyprus. A big strong taste and a heavy mouthfeel with a big hit of yeast. The alcohol was very forward and it really wasn’t right for the climate. Overall not good at all.

330 ml bottle served in abbey glass. Pours dark golden with decent head. Coriander, banana, vanilla, lemon. Slightly sweet, quite bitter-metallic taste for a Belgian Ale. Creamy texture, soft carbonated. Bitter finish. Some alcoholic warmth. Surprisingly good.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with medium sized white head. Aroma is malty and sour with caramel, fruits and yeast. Taste is light, sweet and smooth, hints of spiced fruits, caramel, pear. Nice.
