Bottled, filtered, 330ml at A ge Pannes, Schin op Geul, NL Limburg. Dark brown with cream head. Another I thought I had rated in the past, thank god for a PDA and a beer list. Sugary sweet dubbel without too much to overcome the sweetness. There is some malty fruitiness if you try and a touch of deep roasted malt, but I am beggining to struggle with the Belgian taste for sweetness. Borup (14551) - Albertslund, DENMARK - SEP 28, 2006

A sweet, vegetable-like aroma with some roasted malt. Sweet, malty and fruity taste. Slight bitter aftertaste. A bit sticky. Disappointing for a abbey ale.
