22 oz bottle from the brewry Nice golden honey colored pour with a firm, white top. Light, flowery aroma. Perfume, rose petals, morning dew. Body is crisp and light with lots of honey and rose petal notes. Yeast plays second fiddle with light esthery notes that play off the hops. Beautifully delicate style that took some thought to imperialize. I tried the regular version at the brewpub and this is a nice "beefed" up version without stressing the beer. Way to go Grimm!

Colorado trip 2013. Pours a hazy straw color with minimal head. Aroma of honey and grain. Sweet honey taste with grain and some breadiness. Some alcohol flavor but hidden well for 11%. Mouthfeel almost creamy with a high carbonation.

From the bottle the sediment is testing on the bottom of the bottle, the initial pour is clear and golden with a minor orange overtone, the aroma is slightly sweet distinctly ale, the taste is sweet with a distinct molasses depth to the flavor, the finish is a little malty with a nice moist mouthfeel.

Bomber. Molasses aroma with notes of wheat and honey. Pours clear golden colored with a thin white head and some lacing. Wheat and molasses flavors contribute to the sticky mouthfeel to start. Finishes smooth with the strong flavor of honey that lingers on the palate. Good, refreshing summery brew.

Bottle from Superior Liquor. Pours a lightly hazy light orange/gold. Smells subtle of honey, honeybush, orange and sweetbread. Decent mouthfeel. Tastes mildly of alcohol with a lot of honey/sweetbread sweetness and ends surprisingly bitter.

Cloudy yellow with a pillowy white head. Bubblegum, banana, wheat, clove, and an odd metallic note.

Very alcoholic. Light, and not totally overpowering, but just generally a tinge too alcoholic. Otherwise tasty and relatively interesting. Great experiment and a pretty good beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a cloudy yellow with a nose of piss and malt. Flavor is malted lemon urine. Watery mouthfeel. Embarrassing.

Bomber. Poured cloudy medium golden with a white head on top. The aroma picked up an odd, sour, metallic/herbal hit over warm honey and mulling spices.. intriguing, but it didnt seem quite right. The flavor opened with tangy wheat and metallic notes, followed by honeycomb and molasses.. syrupy core.. aforementioned sour stuff plus warm banana on the finish. Medium-bodied, dry, sour, and a little spicy on the palate.. didnt flow that well.. weird stuff.
