Bottle shared with the crew. Aroma is tons of fruit with a light framboise earthy aspect. Flavor is solid fruit. A little thin. A little quick on the finish.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy light gold with a huge frothy white head. Aroma is lactic peach? Strong aroma but complex and subtle. Med body or so. Flavor is definitely lactic peach with some hop that might also be fruity - thereís some hop bitter, but itís mild and isnít citrus or piney - maybe a touch earthy. This is a very mellow, tart, somewhat fruity ale that is a delight to drink. IMHO.

Draft to taster at Ei8ht Ball. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a large fluffy white head. The aroma and flavor have funk, mildly tart citrus, Brett, wood, peach shows up more on the flavor, pale malts, light toast, some greenhop character, iinteresting.

Lots of funk... oaky with notes of lemon zesty, sweet yeast, and a hamper of gym socks. Finish is crisp with a nice bit of dryness. For a funk/sour saison, itís right where you want it to be...great job...now finish that lunch box...

Bottle poured a light golden color with a thick one finger white head. Aroma has grains, light peach flesh, dusty with farmhouse yeasts. Mouth feel is light and the carbonation good. Flavor has a grainy base beer, sourness is light, peach is mild, and yeasts into the finish.

Bottle. What more could you ask for -- peach, oak, lactic funk, saison yeast, refreshing, straight forward, and awesome.

Bottle. Cloudy gold with big white head. Floral aroma with lots of peach. Taste becomes dominates by juicy peach flavors backed by light funk. Light, extremely drinkable mouthfeel. Somewhat one-dimensional but very good.
