COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Style: Dry Hopped Sour Strength: 5% ABV Bitterness: low Acidity: pH 3.3 Color: SRM 5 Telekinesis is a hoppy, tart, and smashable American wild ale fermented with a mixed culture of yeast and spontaneous microbes. Mosaic, Citra, and Falconer’s Flight hops contribute peachy, tropical hop character. Lightly toasted white oak spirals lend subtle tannin structure, while our no-boil process leaves a puckering hint of raw sourdough.

glennmastrange (2897) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - JUL 15, 2017
Bottle. Moderate hay for the malt, moderate pine and lemon for the hops, light dried leaves for the yeast, with hints of ginger and coriander. Head is large, frothy, white, with excellent lacing and is fully lasting. Color is murky yellow/amber. Flavor starts moderately to heavily acidic and acetic, then finishes moderately acidic, lightly bitter and sour. Palate is light to medium, slick, with a fizzy carbonation and a tart finish. Great balance between the sour side and the hops in this top notch Sour Ale.

2016/11/19 - Pours a hazy, deep straw colour with a soapy white head that quickly reduces and leaves minimal patchy lacing. Aroma is stone fruit, tropical fruits (mango, pineapple, light lychee), tart citrus (orange, grapefruit, lemon) bready notes and grassy/oniony hops. Taste is bready, tart stonefruit, lychee, lemon, grassy notes and light musty funk. Mouthfeel is medium and silky with smooth carbonation and a long juicy, lightly tart finish.
