Bottle. Moderate hay for the malt, moderate pine and lemon for the hops, light dried leaves for the yeast, with hints of ginger and coriander. Head is large, frothy, white, with excellent lacing and is fully lasting. Color is murky yellow/amber. Flavor starts moderately to heavily acidic and acetic, then finishes moderately acidic, lightly bitter and sour. Palate is light to medium, slick, with a fizzy carbonation and a tart finish. Great balance between the sour side and the hops in this top notch Sour Ale. cubs (10745) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUN 16, 2017
