Pours a typical wit body: cloudy, yellow/whitish body with a huge, white, somewhat creamy head that is long-lived and leaves big patches of foam on the glass. The aroma is quite strong and pleasant with citrus, spices, and yeast. What makes this stand out from the crowd is the prominent and pleasant sweet component that is blended in with the dry dustiness. Light sweet and light acidic taste, with very little bitterness. Sweet fruity flavours back up the regular spicy/yeasty/citric stuff. The finish is long and dry, the body is medium. A crisp and refreshing wit with extra sweet aroma and flavours (but not actually that much sweetness in the taste). blutt59 (6609) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 5, 2012

Bottle. Pours a cloudy straw-yellow body with a large half-creamy white head. Loads of citric tones and coriander in the aroma, bordering on soapy and pungent but with nice undertones of apricot which saves the day. Nice. Taste is also rich with coriander and citrus, with some wheat and mild grainy tones in the back. Hints of rosewater and apricot. Straightforward and fresh, yet with some complexity, with a slightly fizzy palate and medium body. Good drinking, this is definitely a wit I can like. thirdeye11 (6162) - Dallas, Texas, USA - SEP 27, 2012
(25cl bottle dated 12/8/12 thanks to bu11zeye) opaque cloudy whitish, soapy white bubbles. Nose of rosemary, menthol, light wheat and medicinal. Taste of wheat, cinnamon, gold raisin, dry grain, light herbal, dry finish, herbs. gunnar (9923) - Sandnes, NORWAY - SEP 25, 2012
Bottle from Vinmonopolet, Kvadrat. Pours hayzy hayish yellow with a huge frothy white head. Aroma is recognizable wit, citrus, wheat with some coriander and yeast. Taste is smooth, with a lot less character then suggested by the nice aroma, even though some nice citrus and spicy end.

Draught at World Craft Beer Tasting in Osaka. Tart, perfumey nose, maybe a bit too much. Vary pale, chardonnay-like color, with some floaties. Bland initial flavor, maybe some minor notes of sour apple; sweetness intensifies in mid palate and becomes a bit cloying; final produces some sort of chemical sweetness. Crisp palate. Okay. larsga (7679) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 16, 2012
Big white head. Hazy opaque yellow body with carbonation.
Fruity orangey floral aroma with mealy candy notes. Dry-sweet
orangey coriander taste with spicy herbal notes. Mid-bodied.
Mild, chalky mouthfeel. Dryish coriander and oranges aftertaste
with papery herbal notes. Nice and highly drinkable,
full-flavoured. (0.25l bottle, wine monopoly, web order. 5.5% alcohol, brewed by St. Feuillien.) Leighton (22820) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 27, 2012
Bottle in Brussels. Cloudy, pale yellow pour with a large, frothy white head. Immensely pungent nose, loads of coriander spices, lemon, wheat. Medium sweet flavour with tangy lemon, lots of bready wheat, cloves, esters, coriander, whipped cream. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Sweet, lightly spicy finish with some sugary wheat, white bread, a touch of soap, and lemon. At times it’s a bit sweeter and potent than a witbier ought to be, but overall it’s nice. Draft. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Lemony and wheaty aroma. The flavor has lightly tart lemony citrus, with a light sweetness and wheaty notes. This is close to being really good, but it comes across as just a bit to light and lifeless.
