COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Grisette Blonde is a pale ale that is very refreshing in summer. When drunk at a moderate temperature, it releases aromas of a richness that it is seldom found in other beers of this strength. Its head is smooth and white. It has a light yellow colour.

kraddel (6685) - some beerplace, BELGIUM - APR 23, 2015
Pours clear blonde, big white head fades fast. Smell is very blank, bit malts as well as some bitterness and yeast. Hints of sugar on top. Taste is very weak, appart from the sharp bitterness that has so much unnatural aspects. Feels wattery and saturized. Meh

Alengrin (4713) - BELGIUM - AUG 19, 2014
UPDATED: NOV 26, 2016 From very old - and very limited - notes. Blonde thirst-quencher with sweet main taste, malty, fruity, bit aromatic, sugary accent, soft aromatic hop bitterness in the finish. Actually not bad, I should have re-rated this while I still had the chance. In any case, this little beer embodied the original grisette, which was a very early form of Belgian blonde made for miners in French-speaking parts of Belgium a century ago (often linked to saison), so it has a certain amount of history behind it as well. Surprised it is not made anymore.
