COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Grisette Blonde is a pale ale that is very refreshing in summer. When drunk at a moderate temperature, it releases aromas of a richness that it is seldom found in other beers of this strength. Its head is smooth and white. It has a light yellow colour.

Flska. Thanks for sharing Cecil. Hazy yellow. Nice big white ehad, creamish like. Yeasty soapy malty lightly fruity and spiced aroma. Ok mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet with yeast, malt, bit fruit. Mild to medium bitterness.

Een doodgewoon blond biertje waar er 13 van in een dozijn zijn, met weinig smaak aan

9/VII/13 - 33cl bottle from Caprice & Dlice @ home - BB: 28/V/14 (2013-617)

Clear blond yellow beer, big aery white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, some citrus, hay, little grassy, sugary, fine hop smell reminding me of Duvel, so Im thinking Saaz? MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: little sweet, grains, fruity impressions, bitter hops. Aftertaste: some citrus, bitter hops, little fruity, peaches, nice bitter ending. This could very well pass for a Belgian style IPA, I think. Very good session beer.

Brown 25cl bottle, best before April 2008, drank July 2007. Poured into one of my Corsendonk tulip glasses. It is a slightly hazy golden colour with a good white foaming head. The aroma is yeasty with a sweetness, not unlike a freshly cut wheat or barley smell. The taste is a lot sharper than I was expecting and a whole lot more sour than most Belgian blondes Ive had over the years. The tangy feel in the taste stays in the mouth and lingers well for a beer of 4.5%. There is no great depth to the flavours, but it is a well crafted drink. I found this beer to be very interesting and will seek it out again when next in Belgium, well worth getting a bigger bottle, if I see one.

Blonde voile, effervescence moyenne bulles trs fines, mousse abondante. Malte en ouverture, les pices se dvoilant ensuite pour se terminer avec une sympathique petite amertume, sans oublier un petit citronn qui se promne sur le tout. Lgre et rafrachissante!
