Sour like a lot of GP’s other beers, not much trace of honey, though. On tap on a taster at the Grizzly Paw swiseman (513) - Fredericton, New Brunswick, CANADA - JUN 3, 2011
light, gold color. very light body. tastes of wheat and sugar. a nice, light session beer, but nothing to make it stand out from the crowd either. maley1 (1297) - Calgary, CANADA - MAY 26, 2011
Golden colour pour with small head. Aroma of wheat, honey and corn. Taste is that of a wheat beer with a bit of honey and caramel in the background. Very drinkable. gramity (1672) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 13, 2011
Very pale yellow and crytal clear. No head or lacing to speak of. Aroma was quite floral in it’s nature and a definite honey sweetness was detectable.
Taste was quite bold and upfront with the hop and honey blending together nicely. I noted a bit of a grainy malt background that lent this beer some character.
Smooth, almost slick mouthfeel. JoeZasada (317) - Beaumont, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 6, 2010
Bottle. Pours a golden yellow with a thin white head. Spicy aroma; pepper notes. Tastes of wheat - dry-ish though, with notes of grass and cloves. Finishes with a moderately bitter earthiness. Interesting beer...

Looks like a beer, I’m feeling lazy tonight so that’s all the effort I’m throwing into the way this beer looks. Aroma is ok with sweet honey, metallic hops, something like funky foot sweat but not. Sweet honey malt flavor with a surprising amount of bitter hops. The brew sure isn’t lacking in flavor it fairly bold. I hit lemon zest on some sips but not too often. Brew gets very bready when warm, flavor was better while cooler that’s for sure. This beer is good, very drinkable. TheHulk (486) - Lethbridge, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 28, 2010
The clean finish stands out when you have this one. Plain aroma, malt and yeast, nothing special. Pours quite clear, just a hint of red to it, a bit of head, not much lacing. Nice even sweet flavour, I can taste a bit of raspberry or wildflower in there somewhere, maybe from the wild mountain honey. I almost can’t belive they don’t throw in a reference to the Steve Miller Band with that one. Just a twinge of bubbles and then its gone, a bit of sweet taste is all that’s left. Pretty good, my friend bout it and told me it was lower priced. Powertrip (1000) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 30, 2010
Sample Tasting. Nice pure gold colour. Nose: Quiet. Taste: Wheat dominant, no honey apparent. Finish is medium with caramel tones. VertBaconStrips (2389) - Blerkablerka, VENEZUELA - JUN 2, 2009
Reviwed on tap. Bottle sucked! This stuff looked like dark apple juice with its medium gold apperance and had a small white cap. Wheat and honey is what you get on smell and it’s quite sweet. I was suprised how much I liked the aroma considering the sweetness. Nice wheat taste, some malts that were on the slighty roasted side and interesting spicy honey (probally the hops). Light to medium bodied, fairly dry with a decent bitter aftertaste. Tasty beer! patricks110 (2502) - Alberta, CANADA - AUG 8, 2008
Dark blonde straw body with a moderate head. Slight carbonation. aroma of sweet honey, fruit, and wheat. Flavour is of floral hops and sweet honey. Moderate bodied wheat ale that satisfies your thirst, but not much else.
