Alengrin (5369) - BELGIUM - AUG 20, 2014
Commissioned ale and one of very few really green beers I’ve had so far. Effectively grass green, like some vegetable juice, with loose, pale head with faintly greenish hue. Grainy aroma with lime, grass and plastic-like solvents as well as herbal hops; taste a bit fruity, bit thin, with a long, peppery hop finish but also phenolic, completely out of balance. Points for originality but I do not understand its taste.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Haevy hazy green coloured brew thats have a wheaty taste and i like this one, and why not an green beer.

rauchbier (3890) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - JAN 15, 2006
Bottle, Delerium Café, Brussel, March 2005. Green, obviously, moderate white head and moderate condition. Gentle malt in the nose, slight hoppiness creeping ino the mouth and a gentle grainy finish. Bland and inoffensive, except for the colour which had no influence on the taste.

Otje (678) - Veendam, NETHERLANDS - SEP 5, 2005
weird green beer= artificial colorings; or is this natural... aroma: slightly citrussy, grainy, sweetish. taste: grainy, malty, sourrish, sweetish, plastic(chemical indeed). soapy, sticky mf, medium bodied. alcohol is well hidden(thats a plus). not very good.

Engelsmann (651) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 24, 2005
Bottle. Pours light green with a white head. Aroma is fruity, taste is fruity. Not really nice

MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - APR 20, 2005
Bottle. Ugly, grainy aroma. Almost clear, very green colour. Small light green head. Grainy taste, a little sweet. Chemical/plastic aftertaste.

Emil (6065) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 6, 2005
Green colour with a white head. Sweet marzipan aroma and a sweet soap taste. Medium body and a sweet finish.

jerohen (2296) - Bussum, NETHERLANDS - MAR 13, 2005
Clear green coloured, with even a faintly green-looking head. However, besides the unusual colour there is nothing special about this one. Some artificial sour fruity flavour with some sweetness and quite some alcohol. Not terribly bad, but not good either.

JorisPPattyn (10001) - Ursel, BELGIUM - FEB 25, 2005
Very clear, pale green with just a touch of yellow-amber shine; greenish tinted head. Faint lime-like nose, citrussy, tad grassy, not unlike some (alternative?) beauty-product. Awful mix of slightly sweet, lemonflavour, bitter, grain, alcohol, all clashing à go-go. There’s nothing wholesome about it - glimpses of everything and utter unbalance. Rather light bodied, with soapy feeling. Overall comment: utterly disgusting.

Kåstå (1273) - Mol, BELGIUM - JAN 26, 2005
Bright green beer with a small head. Light hoppy and mybe some light vegetable aroma. The taste is slightly sweet and typical belgian. Quite good beer and the green colour is kind of cool.
