Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Zapach wypiekow drożdżowych, paczki, faworki i inne drozdzowki.

On tap at the brewery. Opaque cloudy gold amber pour with foamy white head. Aroma is spicy, lots of clove, light banana, bubblegum, very estery, sweet, ripe banana. Taste is sweet, very fruity, tons of banana. Palate is super thick, slick, almost syrupy with moderate carbonation, a tad too much. Decent.

Orangy cloudy color with solid foam head. The smell combines moderate banana and yeast notes. The taste is yeasty with banana flavors, but rather calm. Calm aftertaste.

Bottle. Hazy amver color, small white head, untypical. Banana, clove aroma. Light sweet, low bitterness. Banana and malt, yeast aftertaste. Thick to medium body, low carbonation.

Erzengel (8624) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - NOV 1, 2014
Sehr hefetrüb. Orange-gelb im Glas, sehr schöner hefig-frischer Geruch. Der Antrunk ist frisch-leicht hefig, etwas wässrig und komisch-scharf-laff. Im Hauptteil ist das Bier laff neutral. Leichte Hefenote spürbar, sehr wässriger Körper. Im Nachgeschmack komisch-herb, schnell verflogen. Leicht säuerlich. 8/12/8/8

Bottle from Maruhn. Unclear orange with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, heavy banana and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. 101014

Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, fine malty-yeasty, not too dry. Fruity notes of apricot. Well balanced finish and quite drinkable. Nice!

Trübes orangegelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig nach Banane, leicht würzig.

50cl draught at the Brauerei. Real muddy orange-yellow colour with a nice and thick white head. The aroma is fruity (banana notes) malt and a bit spicy. Medium carbonation and creamy full body. Flavour is not as bitter as I would like but overall is a very good german wheat beer.
