Bottled. Amber colour small white head. Aroma is fruity, caramelly, mild bitterness along with some slight metallic notes as well. Flavour is fruity, earthy, mild metallic notes as well as some caramel and sweet grains. Balanced. For being "bulk" it’s not all too bad. Quite dry and only mildly "metallic" aftertaste. omhper (25162) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JAN 12, 2007
Bottled at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok. Clear brownish amber, creamy head. Papery nose. Sweetish and lightly caramelly up front. Fairly light bodied with clean mouthfeel and notes of roasty malt.Drier finish with a touch of grass. A decent macro beer. Oakes (17699) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 25, 2000
Do Europe and North America get the same version of this? It was a tasty altbier in Finland, and a bland red ale in Canada. Very curious... TBone (17585) - Pori, FINLAND - JUN 14, 2005

Amber color (suprise!), decent head. Skunky grassy hoppy aroma with some dry roasted malts and metal. Bitterish with toffee sweetness. Aftertaste is hoppy. Drinkable but easy to forget -beer.
Nice amber pour. Nose and taste of slightly sweeted malts. Slight bitter hops. Rated 7/10/2000

Simple dry dusty aroma. Sweet body, some caramel. Dry dusty hops in the taste. Sticky. Not so interesting. Finish dry and hoppy, and quite long.
Clear bottle poured a clear amber with a small fizzy lasting tan head. Aromas of bread, light carmel and some fruitiness. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of bread, light carmel and metal with a smooth lightly bitter finish. imdownthepub (14557) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - APR 14, 2008
Bottled, pasteurised, 330ml. Reddish amber with white head. After the excesses of the weekend I thought I would get this one through the system. Cardboard aromas to the fore with a soggy newspaper taste, including the printing ink. Lively without being fulfilling, there is a nutty quality in there which stops it being a drain pour. Overall poor, but not terrible. Tmoney99 (14503) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 8, 2005
Light clear amber with small white head. No real strong tones in aroma or flavor. Drinkable but below average for style. Lubiere (13915) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 11, 2009
A amber ale with a thick off white head. Aroma of caramel malt. In mouth, rather short grainy malt with light caramel. Light bodied and boring. Bottle gift from Jorge Mario (Neo Manza) in Bogota, March 9, 2009.
