Great beer! Fresh and fruity. I was looking for a beer of this type for a long time after I had tasted Franziskaner Weissbier. Didn’t expect to find it with Grolsch

Today at the albert heijn, a "beugel fles" brown heazy coulor, thick foamy head, smels like banana and yeast, very wel balance with 100% natural ingredients,...maybe better than some german one’s??

Hmmm, what a great whiff of banana this beer gives off. Nice and cloudy. Refreshing with a hoppy aftertaste.

Good dunkelweizen! Nice cloudy brown body under a fine beige head. Vanilla-citrus nose with some yeast. Smooth flavour of roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla and toffee. Fine mouthfeel, aftertaste.

Test vom 19.1.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,12,12,11,10,11 - 11,25

Fine weizen, banana, cloves, bit of cumin, bubblegum, sweetish and more sourrish near the end. Everything that needs to be in a fine weizen is there.....and oh, i wish it was summer!

Bottle from Bier Koning. Ah, a new one from Grolsch. Orange hazy. Some head. Nose of banana. Strong fruit taste - banana, oranges, yeast. Enjoyable. Smooth finish. Good for a Grolsch!

Bottle Swing top: Poured a brown with orange haze, head was a pillow top off white. Aroma is very different, but the same. It has fruit banana, with caramel, and yeast. The taste is sweet with caramel and banana, very pleasant.

Swingtop bottle @ home. Murky amber coloured, big off-white head. Smell of malts, toffee, banana, some alcohol. Taste is sweet, toffee, some yeast, wheat, banana, but remains refreshing and does not become cloying. Nice mouthfeel. A good one from Grolsch.
