Bottle. Gold body with a one finger foamy head. Nose is delicious! Very skunky nose. I admit it-I Love skunky beer. The first flavors to come out are straw, hops, malt, and whatever makes beer skunky. The finish is very crisp and dry. I LOVE THIS STUFF! jimmack (1223) - Nutley, New Jersey, USA - JUL 26, 2004
Pale yellow with a medium sized white head. Mild malt aroma with a hint of skunkiness. Flavor is that of many macro
German lagers. Mildly malty, mild hops and some muskiness. At least you can use the empties for homebrew. Gorbalev (3000) - Ontario, CANADA - JUL 18, 2004
Swing top bottle. Thin straw colour with a huge white head a slightly skunky aroma. The taste was pretty fizzy and cornish, with more skunky flavours coming in to play. Pretty inoffensive stuff but that green bottle kills anything positive here. robertsreality (2460) - Minnesota, USA - JUL 16, 2004
Pale Yellow Coloring. Carbonated. Have to say...I think I can Handle This Over the Average Swill Beer.. A bit Skunky. civforprez (229) - Galesburg, Illinois, USA - JUL 16, 2004
Prett run of the mill standard stuff, a little better than your average mass produced stuff but not really worth the price of admission as an import. Not sure why I loved this stuff in Britain--maybe because I was usually already drunk by the time we got to the Grolsch.

Like bad Heineken. Another victim of the green bottle - almost always skunked! And not as good as Heineken, either, so you’re really just better off getting a Heineken. madquacker (1166) - Canberra ACT, AUSTRALIA - JUL 8, 2004
This has a very distinctive taste. Lemons and hops followed by a minerally finish. Not for regular drinking but a good refresher or cleanser from time to time. turbo (1271) - Arizona, USA - JUL 5, 2004
little piss aroma but great head and lacing.
malty flavor,,a little metalic finish.
refreshing and a good summer beer. KAggie97 (3529) - Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA - JUL 2, 2004
Very skunky smell, but that’s not always a bad thing in my opinion. Very hoppy on the tongue and a slight bite in the finish. Not bad. Sham (1844) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUL 1, 2004
Light amber with a large white head and some lacing. Strong lemony hops. Some fresh malts and some corn. The flavor is a touch lightstricken, but the hops aren’t too musky. The malts are mellow and there are some hints of toffee. A little thin and watery and a lagery finish.
