Tasted this on the PINT Bok beer festival and I was happily surprised. Very decent Weizen Bock.
Nice weizen bock. Not very special, but better than all the bock beers from the big Dutch brewers. Borresteijn (6959) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - OCT 28, 2012
On tap at PINT BBF’12. This is a Weizenbock. Hazy golden yellow colour, dense white head. Aroma of banana, clove, light wheaty and grainy, stale. Flavour is also banana, clove, grain, light spicy, hint of metal, light sour wheat. Light bodied. OK stuff. pivnizub (10563) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - NOV 15, 2009
Tap (PINT BBF 09): Clear, pale golden, bigger stable and lacy firm white foam; sweet pale malt, some hops, combined with a subtle fruitiness in the nose; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; subtle hoppy traces in the moderate bitter-sweet finish. An imperial Pilsener....... thewolf (12533) - Kolding, DENMARK - NOV 10, 2009

Pours hazy pale yellow with a fine, staying, creamy, egg-white head. Aroma is fruity, apple zest, banana and sweet malt. High prickly carbonation, light and fine mouthfeel. Sweet flavour, malt, light vinious, dry and light grassy hops. Very fine.
Tap Bokbierfestival, Amsterdam: The fourt one from Groningsche, much more spicy of taste and good finish. altonbrownd (5898) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - OCT 27, 2007
On tap at 30e PINT bokbierfestival. Yellow colour. Much foam. Spicy. Taste of coriander, pepper too. Well-balanced. Nice finish. One of four winter bocks the brewer had on tap.
