If this is called hopquell, then were is the hop? It’s just a pilsner, nothing interesting about it. mike_77 (6661) - Breda, NETHERLANDS - DEC 5, 2013
The aroma has very intense pale malts. This comes through in the flavour too. Also a bit yeasty. Low carbonation. Sweet aftertaste. dutchbeerpages (2439) - Wilnis, NETHERLANDS - NOV 9, 2013
I am enjoying this one. The hay/malt flavor at the end is one I like for a change. If this was Czech i might believe that too. From the Jumbo Supermarket Wilhelminakade Groningen. Martinus (4601) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - SEP 4, 2013
Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of hay, malts, alcohol and light fruity hops. Slight bitter flaovur, sweet malts. Finish hay, malts and hops. Quite refreshing. Indeed more of a fresh pilsner (according to the bottle) than a Belgian Ale (as it seems to be according to ratebeer)

Thanks to Mr Hangover for that one. Very flowerish pilsner with lots of fruity aromas. Peaches and some hops are dominating but I would call that one definitely really to sweet. Not really what I appreciate.

Bottle from MrHangover - thank you a lot! Pours out in a quite clear golden colour with first giant, than quite low to none head and medium to thin body. Nose of caramel and honey. Taste of honey, torf, light hops, grass and fruits. Floral hints. Very fresh and sweet in finish. Absolutely nice and okay to drink, but yet nothing too exiting. lusikka (7813) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 15, 2013
300 ml bottle. Pours a copper colour with a large white head. Aroma of yeast, grassy bitterness and some sweetness. Flavour of yeast, grass, dried fruitiness, some alcohol and mellow sweetness. Light bodied, high carbonation and a long, warming, grassy finish. Slightly unbalanced and the carbonation is too strong, but other than that a decent beer. Bottle, 330 ml, poured into a tulip glass at home. ABV 6%
A gusher. Pours a golden yellow coloured beer, just a tiny bit hazy, with a huge white head on top, soapy and thin but with very good retention and heavy lacing left on the glass.
Aroma of yeast, light fruity with apples notes, malts, dirty hay, quite grainy.
Taste has malts but it’s not overly sweet, a bit salty I would say, again quite grainy. Difficult to describe, it’s not that is bad but it’s not anything special either.
Medium thin body, quite carbonated.
Well, surely an interesting love-it-or-hate-it beer. For me it was somewhere in the middle. caesar (7133) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - AUG 4, 2013
Bottled, BB Aug 15 2013, medium sample. Slight hazy golden color, short head. Aroma of some grainy malt, hint of caramel, some spicy, earthy hop. Bit bitter taste, bit sweet from malts. It’s a tad old, and it’s probably supposed to be a Urtype Pilsener instead of a Belgian Ale, but I thought it was ok. Even if it’s an alias of another beer as they say too many Grunn beers are. note666 (1300) - Eindhoven, NETHERLANDS - JUL 14, 2013
2013 - 07 - 14 300ml bottle. bit hazy, yellow golden colour. medium, fading to small white head. fruit and dough in aroma. light bitter taste.
