COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(swing top bottle) Clear, amber colour with a tall and off-white foamy head. Malty and delicately ashy nose with notes of caramel and hints of vegetables. Mildly sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Cara-malty base, slightly papery taste with herbal hoppy spice in the background; sweet-bitter finish with notes of caramel. Rather imbalanced brew. 24.VII.16

Buegelveršlusflaše: Chestnut-amber coloured ,medium-sized and lacy off-white head; caramel, dark-malt and a tinge of soy-sauce in the relatively dry bitter-sweet nose; nearly moderate bitter-sweet flavour; relatively light bodied, not so soft; lingering bitter and dark-malty finish with a certain tartness in the aftertaste. Not the most pleasant drop...

Draft. Poor lighting... Looks amber, thin head. Aroma is toasted grain and lager yeast, skunky. Flavor is not much different. Toasted grain, caramel malts with a mild shunky yeast taste. Light body with an average carbonation level. Not a whole lot of flavor bit not difficult to drink either.

Bottled. A red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, metal, and caramle, leading to a dry metallic finish.
