Bottle at City Blues in Bucharest, pours a lightly hazy dark orange with some frothy, white head. Pithy citrus nose, oranges, red grapefruit, there's some caramel and fall fruits there too. Flavor has more pithy citrus, some pine now, soggy bread, some dark berry now too. Full bodied, bitter finish. Punchy and nicely done. moldovan9807 (480) - Oradea, ROMANIA - APR 21, 2017
Pours orange with small white head. Piney with a bit of citrus. Quite average bitterness for an IPA. A little bit old... ciocanelu (2953) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - APR 9, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 1, 2017 Batch 137. Hazy peach color with fluffy head. Aroma has really fruity hops and milky yeast. Taste is juicy, hoppy, tropical with a medium bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel. Much better than previous batches. 4/8/4/8/16.

Almost clear amber color with a bit of off-white head. Aroma has some buttery, slightly yogurty yeast notes, not in a bad way. Also some juicy hops on top. Taste has juicy hops with some overripe fruit notes, medium bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Quite smooth and easy to drink. 7/3/7/3/14
Bottle shared at Viniloteca. Semi-hazy amber pour with a tan head. Notes of citrus hops, fruit yogurt, yeast, malt sugars. A bit too lactic, cheesy. Not nearly as good as their imperial IPA.

Romania’s take on a US-style IPA & not a bad effort! A pleasant hops & caramel aroma followed by a hop-kick at first taste. The flavour develops through a more complex mix of malt, citrus & hops to be a beer worth savouring. A pleasing dry hoppy aftertaste. Possibly the best of Ground Zero’s interesting portfolio of beers & proof that this craft brewer can deliver - further efforts are likely to be worth looking for. geolgau (468) - Cluj-Napoca, ROMANIA - FEB 10, 2017
Amber, clear. Small white head, goes away quickly. Smell delicious. Aroma is hoppy citrus, grapefruit, subtle malts. Tastes moderate bitter, in a pleasant way. Flavor is a nice mix of tropical fruits, pine, bitter herbs/grassy hops. Bitterness lasts till the finish line. Oily mouthfeel. Very very good effort.. evergreen0199 (3492) - Northwood, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 10, 2017
Bottle consumed at The Urbanist, Bucharest, Romania. A golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, malty, caramel aroma. Tastes hoppy, malty, caramel, hint of grapefruit, mango. Pretty expensive for Bucharest but a well made IPA. Qnex (32) - Bucharest, ROMANIA - DEC 11, 2016
One of the best IPA’s made in Romania so far. The beer hits you first with the bitter taste of hops but leave you with a citrus hoppy taste. Golden color, small foam head - drink-ed several times at Ground Zero Studio, home and in pubs: Happy Pub, M60 Cafe. martjoobolut (5122) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - OCT 15, 2016
Bottle, batch 71, bb 05.04.17 (from bibliotek, Timisoara). Pours dark golden. Aroma is hoppy hoppy, citrus, malt, biscuits. Flavor is sweet and bitter, citrus, peach, malt, biscuits. Finish is grapefruit bitter. Overall: bit APA-ish, but otherwise solid modern ipa. Best "craft" i have tried in Romania.
