Grunn Amber is a full and malty beer with refermentation in the bottle. The use of different roasted malts gives this beer its full taste. The use of hops is clearly visible in this beer, which is brewn by the rules of the Bavarian 'Reinheitsgebot'.

30cl bottle at home. Clear amber brown with a small slightly off-white head. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Bitter with some sweet tones. Caramel, brown sugar, herbs, dark fruits and some spices. Not the best brew, way too watery for my taste.

MarcoDL (5467) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 27, 2013

Copper colour with fluffy head. Initial toasty malts and caramel. Taste has a metallic edge. Very sweet. Strong carbonation.

Christos (5909) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - SEP 3, 2013
Bottle, 300 ml, thanks to ShivanDragon! Poured into a large tulip glass. ABV 5.5% Deep caramel colour on the body, crystal clear, with a thin line of off-white foam on top with low retention and no lacing on the glass. Aroma ofsweet caramel malts. Taste is also very malty, sweet, with caramel and iron notes. A touch of bitterness appears on the aftertaste after quite long time. Very thin body and low carbonation, almost watery. Nothing special here.

33cl bottle. Decent white head. Clear amber pour. Nice enough brew. A little bitterness in the aftertaste.
