Tastes like a sweet beer mixed with Miller Lite. Surprisingly good. I caught a hint of banana with full body. Expected something much different. Odin (123) - Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA - JUN 28, 2002
Look at my comments for Becks. I don't think I could tell the two appart if I was blind folded. weeicemon (126) - Lancaster, California, USA - MAR 22, 2001
Fruity nose and thick head give this an appealing quality. Pale cloudiness. Initial bitterness fades a bit at finish. Balanced maltiness throughout. Dry finish with a ever so slight aftertaste. Ringo (963) - Loveland, Colorado, USA - SEP 19, 2002
I thought this was a pretty good lager. It was not skunky, and had a nice maltiness to it. Went well with my dinner. VENOM (941) - Connecticut, USA - DEC 18, 2002
Misty chartreuse. Sticky, dense alabaster foam. Single lined carbonation. Mild toasted white bread aroma, herbal hops and traces of hard water minerals. Boldly crisp and inviting but with a weak bready flavor. Fine herbal hop balance and bitterness. Fairly clean. Tastes adjunct free. Light body. Sharp texture. Bitterness overwhelms the timid sweetness. Finishes with metallic, mineral notes, traces of wet paper but a solid hop charge. Respectable.

UPDATED: MAY 29, 2007 A decent Lithuanian lager flavor NOT to be confused with the spectacular Zhiguly (in Cyrillic) Beer that comes in the brown bottle. This beer has shades of what makes its brown-bottled brethren so good - the sweet Czech malt flavor - but it’s muted and far less evident. Still, this is an enjoyable Euro-brew with enough malt character to make you forget that bad goulash you just ate. Braudog (6833) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - MAR 18, 2004
Almost completely clear very light yellow beer with thinly consisted, but big head. Very sweet musty aroma. Smooth and velvety. Actually little flavor here .. but notably this has nothing bad to it. Just a lightly malted and biscuity beer. I'd drink this again, at least on a hot day in Europe!bager (2120) - Copenhagen N, DENMARK - APR 23, 2007

Very light lemon color with fizzy head. Definite corn syrup edge to the aroma. Lightly refreshing malty flavor with notable metallic finish. Decent light lager, except for that little aftertaste.
Bottled. Golden yellowish in colour with a medium sized white head. Sweet and malty with notes of straw, metal, bread, alcohol and a somewhat fruity sweetness. foduck (330) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 9, 2002
Smells like a bowl of raisin bran. Really. Golden-yellow colored. Slightly cloudy. Head disappears quickly. I'm not detecting any hops. Very 'cereal' flavor, sweet. Wouldn't want to drink a whole lot of this. Very strange though, a new experience for me. I guess hops don't grow well in Lithuania?
