On tap at Moeder Fontainas. Pours golden yellow colour. Medium size white head. Sour, vinegary and earthy notes in the aroma. Acidity, citrusses, wood, vinegar, sour apples in the taste. Quite sour and acidic aftertaste. Earthy notes too. Light bodied, quite acidic geuze. Rarher young and acidic side. Quite sour. Well done, but not for beginners.

Oh fook I hadn't ticked this! Wow. Draft at Koelschip in Copenhagen. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma is funky, biting your nose, nice. Flavor is the goozie you want. Great biting funk, tartness, light fruit. Medium body, lively feel. Great!

Tap. Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Orange gold. Slightly murky. Thin, dense, white foam. Nose has cut oak. Some preserved lemon. Soft, cheesy funk. A bit sweaty and grubby. Taste is tart and fruity sour. Clean mouthfeel. Some astringency. Funky and tart fruitiness to finish. Great stuff.

bevibilissima. Odore tipico, selvatico, poca schiuma poco persistente, bollicine non troppo spinte, palato leggero, acido ok
