GG (2332) - NorCal, California, USA - OCT 26, 2014
On tap @ 10 East - Super happy to see they tapped a gueuze. Definitely an above average gueuze, but not elite...not yet. A medium funky aroma with lemon, dusty leather, acidic and oak. Most, if not all, of the sweetness is gone. Lemons, medium sour and acidic levels, underripe grapes and oak. It doesnt kick you in the balls with its sour levels, but you know its there. Nice.

Draft @ Borefts 2014. Delicious beer. Golden color, almost no head. Intense sour and tardy, with notes of horseblanket and earth. Yet, it also has a distinct drinkable freshness. Great.
