Experiment_Ale (1098) - Dallas, Texas, USA - AUG 19, 2014
On draft at Cantillon with Taylor and Johan. Pours murky hazy neon orange. Aroma is muted, funky, almost no acidity. Taste is refreshing tartness, very low acidity that is well balanced, really tasty in a neutral kinda way, hard to pick out and specific notes, but it is tart in kind of a non acidic citrus kinda way.
