Draught (thanks K.B.!). Hazy goldeny orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is bitter and sour wooden notes along with some slight earth and yeasty notes. Flavour is bitter and sour wood along with mild tart fruityness as well as some yeast, herbs and mild spices. Very refreshing, and though quite sour, also rather easy to drink.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Hazy gold amber beer, a thin and short lived cream colour head. Palate is dry and mildly crisp. A nice lemony wet wood thing kicks off, not to sour - nice. But the back end ruins it with a distinctly soapy and over dry finish. Bleh! Gave the rest of my glass to someone else.

Travlr (24784) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAY 30, 2011
Draught at the blendery´opening day, 4.8% version. Bright cloudy yellowish gold, large white head, solid lacing. Aroma of dusty lemon, peach, pear, sweat. Taste has grapefruit and lemon, lots of carbonation. Not very complex, but tasty and has lots of potential with a bit of age. Always good to see a new blender, the first in a decade, since De Cam. Next years blend will have 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics? this one has 1 and 2.
