Roasted dark malt, perfume. Good cappucino lace Roast chocolate, big hop aromatics. Somewhat sticky and resiny in the finish. Interesting, not sessionable

20/IV/13 - 75cl bottle @ Erwin’s post aquarium BBQ - BB: X/2014 - (2013-342) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the bottle!

Clear dark purple to black beer, creamy thick beige head, pretty stable, little adhesive. Aroma: lots of exotic fruits, caramel, mocha, bit floral, mango. MF: ok carbon, full body, creamy texture. Taste: exotic fruits, citrus, some caramel, bitter hops, pretty sweet, ripe fruits. Aftertaste: bitter hops, caramel, mocha, some coffee, exotic fruits, citrus, piny, cocoa powder.

On Tap at BBF. Black pour with small tan head.lacing. Nose is boozy with some dark chocolate. Tastes better than it looks or smells. Smooth--particularly for a BIPA--with some roasted malts in the finish. Is not a bad beer.

At BBF. Dark brown black color with a small tan head. Aroma malty, hoppy, chocolate, taste similar, very nice brew, surprising.

Draft at BBF. Dark cloudy maroon brown color, medium beige head. Aroma and taste are strong, boozy dark fruit.

Fantástica cerveza, superequilibrada, cuerpo rotundo al ojo y a la boca, hasta algo casi cremoso, no demasiado intensa de aroma, y con clara presencia de los lupulos en boca.

juanenka (259) - valladolid, SPAIN - FEB 3, 2013
Presencia muy buena con corona de formación continua marrón densa y persistente. Aroma a café, chocolate, cítricos y frutas. En boca compleja torrefacta y amarga, dulce y pomelo. Perfecto equilibrio y alcohol muy bien integrado

Gutifa (135) - Eisenharz, GERMANY - JAN 29, 2013
Black liquid with a good tanned head. It looks like a perfect stout. Roasted malts in nose, but also some hops. In mouth you find roasted malts, some alcohol and a bitter finish. Its more like a strong porter than a black IPA. Really easy to drink.
