Probada en barril. Espuma rocosa, blanca y abundante. Carbonatación sin embargo no muy alta, no molesta. Color negro brillante, con buen cuerpo. A ojos cerrados sorprende, sabe completamente a IPA. Con el tiempo aparecen los matices de porter, el chocolate y el café. Absolutamente bebible, es la mejor de los Guinea pigs! sin duda. Esperando el segundo lote con las mejoras prometidas.

75 cl bottle. Pours darkest brown, almost black, with brown foam. Aroma is intense: cocoa, coffee, nuts, caramel, black treacle... Round and wide in the mouth, with sweet, metallic and bitter flavors. Very long finish.

Mortlach (2510) - Rome, ITALY - MAY 31, 2015
330ml bottle @home. Deep brown appearance with a big beige/cappuccino head. Aroma is roasted malts, mocha with a strong hoppiness, pine, resin, yeasts, some herbal, medicine. Flavour is rich and powerful, light sweet at first, roasted malts, coffee, bitter chocolate, then it evolves in a long and persistent bitter end. Full body, medium carbonation. Rough, weird... extreme! Not my cup of tea. It could be refined.

Sabores amargos a cafe y chocolate. Espuma persistente de color pardo. Una cerveza rica y aconsejada

Black color with generous creamy head. Very nice aroma, roasted malt and feety yeast, light vanilla. Good flavor of roasted malt, some dark chocolate, lean body, strong bitterness.
Very good Imperial Stout.

Bottle, shared at RBAG 2014 by Sid. Dark brown with a very lively head. Chocolate and coffee and piney hops with an estery quality, finishing with moderate bitterness. A beer with an identity crisis, but not bad at all!

dresden (1581) - Saskatchewan, CANADA - JUL 13, 2014
RBAG, I think it was Sid’s bottle. Deep brown. Aroma is chocolate and citrus fruit. Fruity hops are quite present, but some coffee too. I dont know what an IPAporter is, but it sure sounds close to black ipa. This was interesting, but. not amazing.

dfearnley (2316) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 12, 2014
Bottle to goblet at RBAG14 Papaya! mango, soap, lavender, red pepper and chilli. Dark brown with a long lasting off white, tan head. Chocolate, toasted malt, and some hops.

Galago (14) - - JUN 30, 2014
De botella. Aroma ligeramente herbal mezclado con torrefactos. Sabor amargo, cafetoso, notas ligeras a chocolate.
