At a tasting in "Sar Hamashkaot" in Ramat Gan, thanks Shachar, bottle, 6.5% ABV, pours hazy brown color with a ecru head, hoppy and bitter aroma, chocolate taste, medium body, bitter and unpleasant aftertaste, not so flowing, overall a nice attempt to brew Sweet Stout with satisfactory results of good aroma, but slightly disappointing taste.

Hm. Słodkie, z wyraźnym utlenieniem w miodową stronę. Syrop cukrowy, trochę paloności uaktywniającej się w długim, goryczkowym finiszu.

Low beige frothy head (more a thin layer than a head). Clear dark brown colour (tea brew hues). Aroma is roasted malt, cocoa, dried dark fruits and a little hoppy. Taste is cocoa, dried dark fruits (prune) and some bitter hoppyness (resin). Creamy palate, smooth mouthfeel.

Heavy molasses flavor dark and wintery. I think I would pick this up again.

Flaske 330ml. Batch 450. Gave fra Cristina & Pau. Svart. Middels hyt tett skum med litt brunfarge. Forsiktig sjokoladearoma. Smaken er trket frukt som raskt blir etterfulgt av trr rstet malt. I trreste laget. Uklar siste kvelling.

Marrón oscura, casi negra. Espuma cremosa beige. Aroma que mezcla base de café y tostado, con ricas notas frutales. En boca es muy agradable y equilibrada. Malteada muy tostada, chocolate y punto acido frutal. Final potente puro chocolate, bien amargo. Muy buena. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Foam was very thick. Aroma has clear roastiness. Taste has bitterness, roastiness, does not quite deliver what the aroma promises.

19.08.2015, tap @ Garage Beer:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is fresh foresty, pine needles, moss, hops, dark malts, leafs, licorice, bark, licorice. Taste is slightly dry grassy, weeds, pine needles, hops, dark malts, bark, sour coffee, burnt caramel, licorice. Longlasting bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Nice enough, but Id rather say black IPA about this one...
