A rich super sweet aroma. Hmm. Thankfully the flavor isnt as sweet as the aroma but its definitely rich and full of chocolate notes. Chewy at times. Pretty good.

Nice brew, smells of chocolate but once tried, you can taste some coffee and liquorice. Alcohol is well disguised behind its nice, compensated flavour.

Black beer with thin moccha head. Nose malts, citrus. Taste malts is dominant but not too burnt, lime, bitter hops, cacao, dark bitter chocolate. Aftertaste fresh bitter hops with some cacao. Mouthfeel slightly creamy and fresh, medium body. Its like a mix between a black ipa and a stout (somewhat more bipa in my opinion), that actually worked out. Great job.

Dark brown body with a small tan head. Aroma of licorice, some dak chocolate. Taste is roasted coffee, licorice again. Full-bodied with soft carbonation. Id say rather a porter than a sweet stout

Uuuu! fantastica.

Bottle shared by MisoW, many thanks. Dark brown color with medium beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, milk chocolate. Taste, roasted malt, milk chocolate, caramel, licorice, hints of dark fruits. Bitter finish. Alcohol is dangerously hidden. Tasty.

Bottle: Thanks Lwenbrau: Served in a Chouffe glass: Label mentions the ABV is 7.2: Deep dark brown pour. Medium sized beige foamy head with a light light brown tint to it. The body is black with a dark brown edge on the upper side of the glass. Aromas of roast, coffee, chocolate, some flowers, some liquorice wood, toffee, caramel, some barley malt roast and hints of brown sugars and mocha. The flavour is a good balanced mix of hops and some citrus with coffee, chocolate, roasted barley malts, hints of brown sugars, roast, bitters, liquorice and creamy yeast and barley malt tones. Very nice! Aftertaste of malts, toast, porridge, cream, leaves and some hay toast. Low carbo, soft creamy light oily texture, medium to full body and a thick creamy texture. Very nice beer, excellent balanced, easy drinkable and close to being complex.
