Nitro-can, nitro-keg and nitro-bottle; Filtered
Usually called Draught; sometimes called Cold or Extra Cold - same beer, but served colder. Abv ranges from 4.1 to 4.3 % depending on where it was brewed (Guinness exports a hopped and concentrated wort to regional breweries who then brew it on site).
Launched in 1961.
Ingredients: Pale ale malt, about 25 to 30% flaked barley, and about 10% roasted barley, with no other grains or sugars; several hop varieties, mainly Goldings (pellets and isomerized extract); a flocculent head-forming ale yeast.

Serving: from (nitro) tap at Doyle’s Public House. Aroma: none. Appearance: small, creamy, off-white, initial head with fair lacing and fully lasting longevity. Dark-brown/black body. Taste: lightly bitter and moderately smokey initial flavor and lightly bitter finish with average duration. Palate: medium-to-full bodied with oily texture and flat carbonation. Overall: always good.

Barwa prawie czarna. Piana jasno br?zowa, drobno ziarnista przypomina rozpuszczone lody kawowe. Aromaty kawy, kawy z rumem czy likieru. W smaku bardzo podobnie. Goryczka kawowa, palona jest niska i ma?o intensywna. Wysycenie ?rednie w kierunku do niskiego, pasuje. Piwp jest zdecydowanie za "chude", wodniste i to jest na pewno minus.

Can. Nice coffee & roasted malt aroma, but taste is totally empty, almost like water. Only a little bit of coffee. Nitrogen gives some smoothness.

Dark black and a solid creamy foam. Dark roasted malt and a medium body. I don’t liken it that much but it is a good beer

Bottle. Aroma- weak coffee and some maltiness. Black, clear, with a fantastic head- I’ve tried this beer couple of times, but nitrogen always makes an impression. Taste- creamy, with delicate coffee and nothing more- no roastiness, no bitterness. Quite watery in the aftertaste. Good beer for a football match, but as a Stout- quite poor.

Draught at the brewery. One of those classics which deserves the attention. Pours brown and becomes a wonderful dark beer with a beautiful thick off white foam. Surely the worlds most beautiful pint (?!!). Lacks taste of other stouts but then again i like to think of Guinness in a world of its own and it’s one of those drinks I’ll always want on some occasions.

aroma of roasted malt and coffee, dark brown colour with creamy beige foam, tastes watery, a bit bitter , and coffee like, low carbonation.

Kolor niemal czarny klarowny. Piana beżowa z drobnych pęcherzyków, bardzo drobnych, sztywna, długotrwała. Aromat palonych słodów, kawy, bardzo wytrawny, delikatny, niezbyt intensywny. Chmielów brak. W smaku wodniste, znów prym wiodą kawowe nuty, prażone i palone zboża. Goryczka minimalna, palona. Bez alkoholu w odczuciach. Wysycenie wysokie. Piwo jest jednowymiarowe, trochę nudne nawet. Najlepiej prezentuje się wizualnie, zwłaszcza piana. Przyjemny delikatny zapach, a doznania wieńczy płaski i wodnisty smak.

Can. The appearance is very pretty, courtesy of the nitrogen. Some roasted malt with some creamy texture to it. But it’s flat and no lingering taste. Super boring stout, like a boring lager.
