Usually called Draught; sometimes called Cold or Extra Cold - same beer, but served colder. Abv ranges from 4.1 to 4.3 % depending on where it was brewed (Guinness exports a hopped and concentrated wort to regional breweries who then brew it on site).
Launched in 1961.
Ingredients: Pale ale malt, about 25 to 30% flaked barley, and about 10% roasted barley, with no other grains or sugars; several hop varieties, mainly Goldings (pellets and isomerized extract); a flocculent head-forming ale yeast.

Draught can version. Pours a dark brown that gives a deep red amber when held up to the light. Thick, pillowy head that is light tan in color and remains throughout. Aroma is rather restrained, but roasted malts are most discernible. Taste is of malts and some hops in background. Lightly bitter taste, with some slight sourness. A faint flavor of coffee is discernible. Palate is velvety smooth, like drinking cream. Overall, this classic is a fine, but not remarkable, stout. This particular version is more notable for the appearance and palate (both due to the nitro can) than for its aroma or taste. Try to appreciate the former, but look to other versions of Guinness for the latter.

Very nice and creamy head. Very smooth. Smooth mild malty flavor. I always enjoy a Guinness on tap.

UPDATED: FEB 24, 2017 Classic Guinness pour, lots of head if your not too careful. Eddies of tiny bubbles as the beer settles. Quite a mild aroma of roasted malt. Very clean taste, quite understated. Almost a little watery. Malt otherwise, chocolate and some coffee. Extremely smooth drinking. A classic.

Barwa prawie czarna. Piana jasno br?zowa, drobno ziarnista przypomina rozpuszczone lody kawowe. Aromaty kawy, kawy z rumem czy likieru. W smaku bardzo podobnie. Goryczka kawowa, palona jest niska i ma?o intensywna. Wysycenie ?rednie w kierunku do niskiego, pasuje. Piwp jest zdecydowanie za "chude", wodniste i to jest na pewno minus.

Can. Nice coffee & roasted malt aroma, but taste is totally empty, almost like water. Only a little bit of coffee. Nitrogen gives some smoothness.

Dark black and a solid creamy foam. Dark roasted malt and a medium body. I donít liken it that much but it is a good beer

Bottle. Aroma- weak coffee and some maltiness. Black, clear, with a fantastic head- Iíve tried this beer couple of times, but nitrogen always makes an impression. Taste- creamy, with delicate coffee and nothing more- no roastiness, no bitterness. Quite watery in the aftertaste. Good beer for a football match, but as a Stout- quite poor.

Draught at the brewery. One of those classics which deserves the attention. Pours brown and becomes a wonderful dark beer with a beautiful thick off white foam. Surely the worlds most beautiful pint (?!!). Lacks taste of other stouts but then again i like to think of Guinness in a world of its own and itís one of those drinks Iíll always want on some occasions.
