Based on Guinness recipes from the early 1800s. This was a time when porter was the working man’s beer and after a long day’s work in Dublin or London, Guinness would have been a respected choice.

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2017 500ml from bottle. Very light porter, almost watery. Aroma is scarce, but at least it is very drinkable

Bottle at Strange Pub, San Marino. Pours very dark brown with a dark maroon tint and a small beige head. Aroma of nut, chocolate, malt, roasted coffee and dark fruit. Medium sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Very easy drinker.
