Based on Guinness recipes from the early 1800s. This was a time when porter was the working man’s beer and after a long day’s work in Dublin or London, Guinness would have been a respected choice.

Guinness Dublin Porter has a thin-to-medium, cola-like beige head, with some creaminess, a dark brown appearance, and some glass lacing. Aroma is of dark cherry, dark malt, brown bread crust, and some syrup. Taste is the same, with a cream note. Mouthfeel is light and watery, and Guinness Dublin Porter finishes medium dry and highly quaff-able. RJT

Pours very ark, almost black with a beige head. Intense flavour of roasted malts, very slight bitter note. Not too sweet. Has relatively high carbonation for a Porter, which I like. Nice one.

Aus der Flasche am 2016-05 getrunken. Warum braut man so ein wässriges und langweiliges Bier? Nein das brauche ich nicht noch einmal.

Clear dark red brown colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, grain, bread, dark malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, dark malt, chocolate, toffee - caramel, light bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150807]

faroeviking (11263) - Chupando chellas es como ellas, FAROE ISLANDS - OCT 14, 2017
Botella. O'Leary's. Black. Soft roasted maltiness in the nariz. Bueno. Algo de chocolate también. El sabor es bueno con Malta tostada, chocolate y café, suave. Sabrosa eta chella!
