A nearly black color with beige foam on top. Roasty chocolate smell. Feels foamy with a very bitter and slight watery taste. Not that bad but certainly not one of my favorite stout beers.

Bought from Sanchez Romero in Madrid. Appears pitch black with a creamy head. It has aromas of oats, malt, barley, cacao, It is thick and creamy with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, toast, and oats. Nice and bitter but not overly bitter, just as expected. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

What more can be said about one of the most famous beers on this planet? I do particularly love the relatively strong flavor of licorice. Good from the bottle, but from tap it is and remains to be one of my alltime pub favorites with its creamy head and texture and its utmost perfection when it comes to malty and licorice flavors.

Dark brown beer with beige head. Aroma has cocoa, vanilla, coffee. Taste is roasted malt, cocoa, some coffee. Rather dry, little bitterness. Drinkable good beer. Aroma is better than taste though.

De alias gedronken in zuid frankrijk Guinness Original 5%. Hevige stout smaak bittere afdronk doet toch een beetje waterig aan. Niet zo stroperig als andere stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
