3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
The strong stout smell is a foreshadowing of flavor that is just as strong.

Had with Abby after watching The Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Beginning.
Had this bottle since August I️ think. Last one of the 4 pack I️ bought to celebrate the GMAT.
Jet black with a huge brown head that fades in a few minutes.
Nose is big dark toasty malts. Coffee, chocolate, molasses.
Taste is caramel, chocolate, coffee, molasses and some hops. Big and complex. More bitter than sweet. Delicious.
Palate is medium. Very drinkable. Bitter chocolate/hop finish. Wish it were just a bit thicker.
Overall, this is awesome! Stands up well to what I️ remember. Easily one of my favorite stouts! yerffoeg (83) - Dinant, BELGIUM - JAN 9, 2018
UPDATED: JAN 9, 2018 Noire opaque, avec une mousse beige bien persistante. Des arômes de torréfaction et des saveurs de café en bouche, c'est clairement une Guinness. iains1 (6) - - JAN 5, 2018 does not count
UPDATED: JAN 5, 2018 Rich coffee roast on the nose and palate. Same in the taste. Nutty and bitter with a long finish. Treacle undertones. Don't like normal Guinness on draught or can but this is proper stuff. Turns out Guinness can make decent stout. SODAK14 (391) - Rapid City, South Dakota, USA - DEC 25, 2017
This is really, really good! Looks like a regular Guinness, smells better, and tastes awesome. Nutty chocolate flavor with a smooth, nice finish. By FAR my favorite Guinness. Cybercat (6341) - Georgia, USA - DEC 23, 2017
Pours coffee brown with a thick, frothy tan head. Aroma offers roasted malt, yeasty, molasses, and subtle mocha notes. Flavor delivers roast malt, molasses, chocolate and quality coffee tones, just like a fine stout should. Mouthfeel features firm, smooth body and jazz fizz. My goodness, this is good Guinness!

UPDATED: DEC 18, 2017 My favourite variety of Guinness tried thus far. The extra strength and the increased coffee bitterness really make this a phenomenal brew. I sometimes stop and wonder how this is not more popular, but then I realise that the world is not a fair and just place. Lol. Always had in bottles from supermarket. Pours with lovely tan head. closey22 (2126) - Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, USA - DEC 16, 2017

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2017 Bottle from BevMo! in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is herbal licorice, smoky bits, charred fruit, leather. Taste is sweet, mild smoke, dark chocolate. Really great...a bit messy / unstructured but still one of the better versions of Guinness. LazyPyro (1805) - Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 6, 2017
330ml bottle, Irish version. Pours black with a huge beige/tan head, great retention. Aroma of roasted malts and dark fruits and a bit of chocolate. Taste is pretty much exactly that as well, there's also a subtle warmth from the alcohol, some liquorice and a dry fruity roasty bitter finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Not bad.
