Flawless. Head retention is amazing. Aromas of sweet fruits and flowers. Taste is complex and the yeast definitely stands out and gives off very fruity flavors. Love this beer! JeibiMedeiros (2) - - NOV 9, 2014 does not count
The flavor of this one was a lot more subtle then that of other Quads that I have had. The yeasty maltiness was upfront, but some of the fruity characteristics seems to be lost in the sweetness that is present. The sweetness of the beer is not overpowering, it plays really well with the malt and yeast flavors that are present. The bitterness of the alcohol also does a nice job of cutting down the sweetness of the beer. It helps it all blend together for a decent and more easy drinking quad. erling1000 (788) - - NOV 9, 2016
