Ingredients: Water, Malt, Hops.
**Nigerian beers by law are made with a portion of sorghum. A grant has been made to aid in the growing of sorghum which the brewer will buy as it lowers the proportion of malt in its product. This is the difference in formulation between Gulder Lager (Nigeria) and Gulder Lager (Ghana).**

Bottle from a African and Carribean food store on Wood Street in Huddersfield. Golden-amber with a thin head. Unremarkable lager, but not the worst.

Clear golden beer, small frothy white head. Aroma is malty, also sweet and sour notes. Taste is slightly bitter with light body. Little bit watery but overall quite normal lager from Africa.

Pours clear blonde, small white head. Smell is sweet, bitter touch. Taste is sharp, intense, rather bitter, grains, of course its chemical, but its not bad in fact ( its drinkable, unlike their star beer ) as a lager, id call this mediocer, which is not bad for a country tick.

La Gulder Nigeriana (foto) presenta diferencias en su frmula con la elaborada en Ghana (an no h tenido el placer de probarla). Es una cerveza de aspecto turbio pero de sabor sorprendentemente suave.

Bottle from a cheap corner shop in Bedford. Big 600ml bugger. Golden, light, clear, thin and slightly flat. Smells of grain, lemon and glue. Tastes pretty good actually, theres a defined malty sweetness that turns slightly bitter in the finish. Grain and aspartame in the aftertaste. Not as bad as youd think.

Aproximately 20 oz bottle from a local African mart. Poured a clear pale yellow with a white head that lasted throughout. Taste of sorghum flavor, poorly fermented alcohol similar to malt liquor, and a sweet malt character. Slightly above average carbonation, thin body.

Pours a pale gold with a white, foamy head. It has a malty, crisp aroma with a similar flavor profile and dry finish over a light body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I drank this beer with one friend in Geneva. It is like the latinos beers, a classical lager. The appearance is yellow gold, thin foam and decent carbonation. The taste is ok, malty with some hop. It is a drinkable lager.
